Jason Freeman
Partner
Jason has many years of experience that encompasses both healthcare staffing as well as other related businesses. Prior to founding ProviderStaff, he was the Chief Operating Officer at a healthcare staffing company. Jason’s passion, knowledge, and experience in recruiting, credentialing, and licensing is a great asset for ProviderStaff.
David Vingiano
Partner
David is co-founder of ProviderStaff and also leads its day to day operations. He has held many senior leadership roles and was most recently the Chief Financial Officer of a healthcare staffing company. While he primarily focuses on operations, David also works closely with our Providers and Clients to ensure a seamless experience in both the permanent and temporary staffing areas of our company.
Sonia Sani, D.O.
Partner & Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Sonia Sani is a hospitalist physician affiliated with multiple hospitals in Florida and California. In addition to patient care she has a diverse background across multiple disciplines including business management, IT, marketing and media. Dr Sani aids in overseeing all clinical staff operations and quality assurance for ProviderStaff. Her passion for medicine, clinical leadership skills and innovative staffing models help build a desirable setting for our healthcare providers in addition to upholding highest quality of care standards in our world of ongoing physician and healthcare providers shortage.
